The AESOL Social and Emotional Competence Enhancement Program (A-SEBP) is grounded in research that has been officially published in the Korean Journal of Early Childhood Care and Education. The study found that the program significantly enhances young children's social skills.

Individual Education Plan (IEP)
Using evidence-based assessment tools such as the ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, and ESDM Curriculum Checklist, we conduct comprehensive one-on-one developmental assessments to evaluate each child's current developmental profile.
The results are integrated with the National Curriculum and Social Thinking™ framework to develop an Individual Education Plan (IEP) tailored to each child's unique learning needs and educational goals.

Multidisciplinary Team Collaboration & Parent Consultation
Every IEP is developed through collaborative consultation among our multidisciplinary team of therapists.
We also provide ongoing parent consultation and coaching to promote consistency between home and therapy. By integrating information from therapists and reports from parents, we gain a comprehensive understanding of each child's development and use these insights to guide future intervention planning.

Highly Qualified Clinical Team
All AESOL therapists—including ABA therapists, psychotherapists, speech-language pathologists, and occupational therapists—hold advanced professional qualifications and extensive clinical experience.
Our multidisciplinary team is committed to delivering evidence-based, individualized intervention that supports each child's long-term development and success.
